Our Salon Policies
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Due to our scheduling, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we can not guarantee receipt of full services.
Appointment Confirmations, Cancellations, & No-Show policies
Your appointment is important to us! All appointment times are reserved specifically for you, usually well in advance. We understand sometimes schedules change and adjustments to your appointment are necessary! We will always do whatever we can to work with you in the event of an emergency, however we respectfully request 24 hours notice on all cancellations & rescheduled appointments.
When you forget to cancel your appointment without giving 24 hours notice, our team loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time & clients on the waitlist lose the opportunity to receive services. We require that all clients keep a card on file upon booking. Any no-show or last minute cancellations may be subject to a $50.00 fee.
We know it can be easy to forget appointments you booked months in advance, so as a courtesy, we send appointment reminder texts & emails 72, 48, & 24 hours in advance. If you find you are not receiving these notifications, please inform our staff so we can adjust your client account accordingly.
Card on File Policy
In order to book appointments with Chroma Hair Studio & Spa, a credit card is required to be kept on file. All data is encrypted & kept confidential. No charges will be processed unless our cancellation policy is violated. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may result in a $50 late cancellation fee. If more than one incident occurs, no further appointments will be offered without prepayment for services in full.
At Chroma Hair Studio & Spa, we strive for nothing less than perfection. We are proud of our work, but in the event you are unsatisfied or have questions or concerns about the services you receive, please notify us within 48 hours of leaving the salon. We will arrange a time for you to return to the original service provider as soon as possible to make any corrections! These adjustments are available free of charge.
Any redo request made outside of the 48 hour period is up to owner/management discretion for approval.
- Redo appointments will be completed with the originally completed stylist. If you do not wish to see your original provider, additional charges may apply.
- The redo policy does not cover a change in style or color than initially requested
- In the event a client insists upon a look that the stylist recommends against, we will not redo the style for free. Additional charges will apply.
- We are not liable for color done outside of our salon. Color correction fees will apply.
Please note: Sometimes achieving the hair you desire means having healthy hair, & achieving your dream hair may not be accomplished during one visit. Our stylists will always err on the side of maintaining the integrity of your hair. If the look you desire requires more than one visit or will push your hair past the point of health, we will not redo your hair under this policy.
No refunds will be offered under any circumstances.
Methods of payment
We accept cash & all major credit cards, including American Express. We are unable to accept Vanilla Visa giftcards.
We do not accept checks.
Venmo, Cashapp, & Zelle are available upon request.
Our prices do not reflect gratuity. For clients wishing to show appreciation, industry standard is 15%-20%
No refunds will be offered. Merchandise may be returned for salon credit at management’s discretion.
Gift cards are non refundable.
