In accordance with Governor McMaster’s executive order, we are temporarily closing. As this is an ever-evolving situation, as we receive more information on when we will be able to open back up, we will be reaching out to every single one of you to get you rescheduled ASAP.
How can I talk to someone?
We ask that if you do need to contact us during this period of closure, please message us on Facebook or Instagram or click the contact us link at the top and bottoms of this page, as our phone lines can only handle so much traffic, and we will not be checking messages until we are given the green light to reopen & management team is working from home.
Can you still do my hair?
We are unable to make house calls, but we wish we could! Distance is key during this time, and the sooner we comply with the Stay at Home order, the sooner we can open back up! There is no box dye we can recommend, and we look forward to getting you back in the chair as soon as possible. While our team will be working extra hours once we open back up, our time will still be limited! By avoiding any box dyes, we guarantee the ability to get you in much faster, as the use of box dye will result in a color correction needing to take place and your rescheduled appointment being pushed further back to when we can accommodate a full-color correction.
Help! I’m out of product!
No fear! Please contact us by one of the methods above and we will and we will invoice you for the product & arrange porch delivery for $5. By keeping up on products, it is the best chance you have to keep your hair in prime condition for your color!
I’ve seen other salons offering take-home kits, why can’t you?
We discussed the possibility of take-home kits with our salon team & color educators, but due to the sensitive nature of our color line & your color formula, it is not feasible for us. We value the integrity of our color and skill and our products are best kept in their original packaging, applied by a professional. We would hate to risk something happening to the product in storage that could effect results! It is best that we wait until we are able to open back up – it is much easier for us to accommodate a longer root touch up than it is to accommodate a full-color correction!
