After hours, weekends and on location are available upon availability.

It is important that you arrive for your appointment on time. After a 15 minutes delay, we will try to accommodate your appointment, but please be aware that in some cases we will have to reschedule it for a later available date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss
the opportunity to receive services. We confirm all appointments 48 hours in advance because we know it can be easy to forget your appointment that you booked weeks ago! Because this service was booked specifically for you, a cancellation fee will apply after two late cancellations. No show fees will apply after one missed appointments.
